Samantha Thompson is a tech sales professional and dedicated yoga practitioner and teacher based in Mt. Pleasant, SC. With over 10 years of experience in the tech sales industry, Sam knows the importance of finding balance and peace in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Sam discovered the power of yoga as a tool for managing stress, increasing focus, and staying grounded. Sam is a graduate of Clemson University and a proud mother of a 3-year old named Ava and a 10-year old Bichon named Benni.
